Cravings are strong here on day 3. I am doing great during the day as i am so busy at work i dont have time to think of smoking, but when i head home it starts hitting me hard.
I am standing strong and know it will get easier. Probably the same as drinking after the 30 day mark things seem to settle nicely.

Thanks for all the support. I appreciate it. Going to kick this no matter how hard it is.

Freedom huge congrats to you too! I know you are going thru the worst of it. But you are determined to make it thru and YES, those cravings are very close to diminishing!

Yay Yazzylove on your 2 months.

See one of my reasons for quitting, was circulatory problems in my legs. Now after several months, I've noticed a huge improvement in my circulation. Anyone else notice this?

Congrats to us all! Another 24.

Another day down and the cravings are slowly getting less. Breathing easier. So happy i made this decision just need to stick to it. Well done all on your achievements so far.
