You would think once the withdrawl symptoms are gone it would be easy to just continue non smoking. But today has been really stressfull and I'd just kill to sit down with a hot cup of coffee and a cigarette. Just say screw it and light up. Puff puff inhale deep and ahhhhh. I'm just gritting my teeth to keep from doing it right now.

My mom says breathe, take deep breaths. My logical mind keeps saying "think of all the money you're saving, your breath doesn't stink, your hair doesn't smell, you're getting healthier every second." But then I roll my eyes and think healthy schmealthy damnit I want a smoke NOW!!

Ok I'll get through this....or I won't. Just had to vent.

Run to the kitchen and drink two glasses of water!

It helps......(Although after dinner, I could have hurt someone if they had cigarettes on them...)

P.S. I also bought this thing called....."End it" at the drugstore.
It has two plastic cigarettes in it. No tobacco, no nicotine.
Just a icky tobacco taste.
But it kind of solves the oral fixation problem......

Almost bed time and I didn't fall off the non smoking wagon. I was in an absolute horrible mood all night though. As each family member came home I warned them that I was dangerous and could be rabid. Hubby, son and mom were all pretty understanding and supportive and let me froth around the house tonight.

I think I need to see the optomitrist though from all the eye strain from rolling my eyes constantly.
