I got so sick of the routine that comes with being addicted to nicotine and decided that I'm done and no longer going to put it in my body. Went from 30 a day to 0.

I was sitting here thinking 30 cigarettes that's a lot of cigarettes! That's more than 1 per hour! But as I thought about how many are in a pack (20) I realized I smoked that many if not more than that!

I'm at a month now. Still a lozenge a day but not smoking is becoming the new normal. I haven't found myself thinking about it out of habit as much. Sounds like you guys are all doing well too. It always seemed like other people could do it but I couldn't, like you all were aliens with special abilities. But look at me now, alien Bunny. I guess it really is possible.

Day 1 for me-no nic. Actually it's only 8 hrs. since my last puff off my e-cig. I was down to almost no nic for the last week anyway. No small miracle that we have an upper-respiratory-infection going through the house right now so it makes it easier.
