Hey there! Been a long time since I have checked in! 21 days smoke free and 25 days alcohol free! I can't even believe! Feeling great! Wellbutrin is what made me finally quit both as I have felt calm throughout this whole quitting process!

yacine14 - I quit the cigs with Welbutrin as well, kept me calm and from blimping up like the Hindenburg too! Tapering of it now. So far so good!

62 days. Craving a bit. I thought I'd be over craving by now but I guess that's silly considering how long I smoked. Is probably just a habit I'm missing. Also, I haven't done the same kind of recovery process for cigarettes. I'm just not smoking. I think this makes a difference. Not sure what cigarette recovery looks like though.

Morning all...I had a craving last night for both wine and cigarettes...decided to time it out of interest. It lasted around 5-6minutes, so when/if the next one arrives I am ready for it
