24 hour NO nicotine/smoking club part 7
Hi guys/gals.
I jsut got back from a short trip and catching up on this thread. So great to see all the quitting and support going on.
Tally- I think women's one a day comes with all of the B vitamins in it.
760 days smoke-free for me. Tomorrow will be 25 months!! This is the longest I have ever stayed quit. I really pretty much never think of smoking other than when I come to this thread or write down my days quit each morning (I do the same for alcohol and weed). But having started again once after almost two years quit because I thought that 'just one' with a cup of coffee would be ok, I try to be a bit more vigilant about it now and to remember to be thankful that I am quit.

Gettingsmarter and peacehappiness 30 days! Yay! You made it one month! Congrats to you!

I did the math and I've saved somewhere between 5 and 6 thousand dollars!! And that is on cigarettes alone. My finances look completely different from quitting cigarettes, weed and alcohol!!
The money I save on cigarettes alone is enough to cover the monthly payment on my new (used) car.
And the numbers are really staggering if you calculate them out over a life time!!
That said, 24 more for me!!
