Hey Cleaning you are doing fantastic and you are nealy through hell week. Good job on changing your habits of loading the car, it's all those little moments that can really catch you out so that's great you were aware.
I'm onto day 25 now had a harder day today but I'd left myself without much to do, got bored which is a massive trigger for me but didn't give in!

Thank you peace! Congrats on your 25 days! Gettingsmarter that must have felt strange being in the other shoe?! Yep I'm officially thru with hell week! Maybe it's psychological but I'm not craving as much tonight as other nights. That pit of my stomach feeling...where I literally tighten my stomach muscles out of cravings...I don't need to do anymore. (Does anyone know what I'm talking about...or is that just me?) Gettingsmarter congrats on not smoking those 777 cigs! Where is that Ap? Lol I want to see how much money and life I saved so far!

Well, just sent my daughter out to the store for a couple things before our big blizzard hits us! We are supposed to get up to 2 to 3 feet here on the island. My mind....which for some reason has trouble reprogramming....immediately went to cigarettes when concerned with stocking up for bad weather. Then it hit me that....NOPE!!!! I won't be needing those! Just milk, bread and a shovel! Oh.... and bunny food! Lol
