30 Days Today

Well it's been 30 days, and it's getting much smoother, there are lots of times when I get a "fleeting thought" to smoke, I'm not having any cravings, I thank my doctor for that,
but dealing with the habit part of it is what I'm going through right now, just out of the blue I feel like having a cig, not to satisfy any craving, just out of habit.
what has worked for me this time is to take my smoking as serriously as my sobriety, I can not have even 1 puff or I know I will be right back were I was last month.
