| 30 Days Today
Well it's been 30 days, and it's getting much smoother, there are lots of times when I get a "fleeting thought" to smoke, I'm not having any cravings, I thank my doctor for that, but dealing with the habit part of it is what I'm going through right now, just out of the blue I feel like having a cig, not to satisfy any craving, just out of habit. what has worked for me this time is to take my smoking as serriously as my sobriety, I can not have even 1 puff or I know I will be right back were I was last month.

|  This used to be Jay...notice how green his skin looks.....  This is Jay today, he is one stylin' dude. And look how that extra oxygen has improved his coloring.... Way to go Jay, proud of you...... |

I admire ya Jay!!! I sometimes think I have the willingness to quit smoking but................the courage???????? Right now thats all I have but one day soon I hope to join the un-smokers club.  -(know how cool you guys think you are--haha)

This is just what we need, more hope and faith, I need people like you to keep me on track. I give all credit to my Higher Power for another day off smokes also!!! (I feel like dancing!!!)
