Well didn't make it past 4:00.I am however happy that I made it that long and tommarow is another day to start all over again.

Hi Care Bear,
Don't be to hard on yourself 14 is 14 hours that you didn't smoke! As for me I have the will, Zyban and now the withdrawl symtoms.

I had my last smoke at 10:55 PM tonight, my issue is I don't have a choice, there is not turning back for me. I am having that decompression surgery on my neck July 12th and can't even have a patch of nic. going into my body. Doc's orders

Anyway, you will do this when you are ready and you will know when that day comes. I was ready I just needed the push and now I have it
