officially a non smoker tomorrow
I cleaned my truck and sprayed it down with fabreeze , threw out all my lighters made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned next week so I think Im all set.......

just got off a 12 hr shift and was so happy to see all the post of support!!
Im doing pretty good imperfectlyme...how was your first day? I had a hard time on the drive home..by the time I got home was pretty worked up and then had a little flip out but Ive got it together now,,lol. that's going to be the hardest for me, the smoke on the way home..lol!!

Yay!!!! So awesome! Congrats on 1 day down!!
I wasn't "allowed" to smoke in my car but use to sneak it when my kids were at school. So I know that's a hard one to give up, music playing smoke in hand
My hardest moment was after dinner when the house is buzzing with craziness and everyone needs me to do something for them at the exact same time, that was when I use to go hide on the porch. But into day 2 and still feeling good. Hope you are too!

Ok so, almost all the way through day 2, had a major ordeal with my teenager and school ...if I can make it through that with out smoking I can do this!!...Im so proud of myself. I cant tell you how bad I wanted to pull over buy a pack and smoke but I didn't!! yay me!!
