Hanging in there. Appetite still going strong; have been reading up on how to speed up metabolism to compensate. It's nice to be smoke-free.

24 more the smell of stale smoke is so nauseating but the snell of some one smoking near by still smells kind of nice.... But not a trigger. More like when a man walks by wearing a cologne an Ex wore, and for a moment you smile from a happy memory. Then you remember why you left 'em!

Great weekend all happy Easter!

Congrats Boxin.

It took some time, but the smell is no longer at all appealing to me. Although it seems like I can smell it for half a mile now if somebody has been smoking.

Another 24 for me.

That stale smoke will steal my breath! But having someone close by smoking and smelling it.... Yeah it smells good if it hits my nose the right way! lol

Another 24 for me.

I've come down with a bit of a cold. I always felt SO miserable when I was sick and smoking. I knew that smoking made it all worse and yet felt as though I had to do it anyway. It's nice to know that I can stick to a cup of hot tea and some time in bed.

Way to go everyone!! We can all do this.

I can honestly say that I don't regret quitting smoking. Rather I think it was one of the best things I ever did. I know that I would really regret it if I took it back up. So, another 24 for me.
