Quit Tip Snacks Many people feel an urge to eat more often, early in their quitting. If you're concerned about your weight, make sure to keep your fat intake at a manageable level, because fats are higher in calories than any other nutrient. Avoid very fatty foods and choose low-fat snacks. Snack on breadsticks, pretzels, unbuttered popcorn, fruits, and vegetables. Hope this helps! Shalom!
