Wheeeww, after the old boards went down, I began to panic, but still didn't light up.

Just want to welcome everyone back, and get this forum going again.

Who's still hanging in there??? Who smells like a rose???? :bemine

I'm so proud of both of you!
I am now sick with bronchitis as well as the sinus infection! I think it is time to quit. I have been carrying the patch with me, and I am on the zyban.... I think when I get on the plane tommorrow, and cannot go anywhere to grab a cig, (10,000 feet above ground???), it might be time to start the quit again. And vacation may just be the ticket to get me to stop - away from all the stress of daily life, school, son, .... son - oppps, did I say that already? LOL! I know I need to stop. I want to stop. I want to smell like a rose.
I just need to quit!
Have any of you heard of the book, Easy Way to Quit Smoking, by Allan Carr. Someone told me it was a great book that would give lots of motivation for the quit.

Have a wonderful vacation Teach!!! 10,000 feet is a good place to start. It's tricky getting out tp the store up there, LOL.

Hee heehee... yes, 10,000 feet is a great place to start! I started my first quit by going to mexico for a weekend. Granted there were places to get smokes, but i was out of my zone and proved to myself that I could do it!

Yep, still not smoking, although it seems I've really had the urge lately. But, it goes away quick.....

On the 11:00 news tonite, they showed a woman out on the wing of an airplane smoking................

Hey everyone,

Still not smoking. over 3 months now, thought about picking up yesterday, just keep not doing. I am grateful that i have this message board to help me stay stopped.
