I was able to stop while I was with someone to keep me in check. Then this morning I came into work and they all smoke here in the office and I justified myself into thinking I could have only one so now I sit here feeling guilty. I have been using lifesavers and walking as well as getting a ton of support from my family. They really want to help me to quit, my step-kids grandfather is dying from cancer from smoking and the oldest girl,10, was crying because she doesn't want me to die like her grandfather. So now I need to get back up there and stop again. Colleen |

The ALA program I am doing says to count that 33 hours as a success, and I congratulate you. That would be a very hard situation in the office, so I can understand. Don't stop quitting. Treat the time that you went without one as a great success. See how far you can go this time. The most important thing is to hang in there.
