I have eaten my way through today. Tomorrow, when the stores open again, I am purchasing major munchies, like veggies and good stuff and hope that will help. So far I am okay, but it's hard for me to tell, because I am a sporadic smoker anyway. Some days I don't smoke anything, others I smoke 15. I seem to average 5 or 6. You wouldn't think it would be so hard for me, but I gotta tell you, I have to keep reminding myself that "I don't smoke". ![]() Hugs Ann

Ann, yesterday was a major munch fest for me too. I too will be stopping at the store to buy some stuff that isn't going to go straight to the hips. Thanks for sharing, it's nice to know that I'm not in this alone. Good luck to you.

AvieG good for you! second day basically over. I thought about smoking exactly twice today. Once when a co-worker asked if I wanted to take a break and again on the ride home. I thought boy, it's really nice out today, it won't be too bad to have my smokes tonight (we haven't smoked in the house for 2 years) and then I thought, wait - I quit, I don't have to stand outside and freeze if I don't want to.......silly me!
