I just sat and watched mine click over 5 million heartbeats. I am home alone but found myself grinning like the village idiot as I realised that my heart has beaten 5 million times without having to deal with nicotine or alcohol.
My heart and I sincerely thank all the people on this site who encourage each other and share.
