| 3 years free from nicotine today!!!!
Wow, I can hardly believe that today I stand before you with three years free from nicotine!!! It truly is a miracle. How it was: I smoked for over 15 years and had enough. I knew I no longer wanted to be a social outcast, smell like a ash tray all while spending over 7 dollars a day!!! I had other ideas on what to do with the $200 dollars a monh i was spending on making me feel sick and smelly. How I did it: I joined nicotine anonymous , went to meetings, found a temporary sponsor to begin working the 12 steps of recovery. Started excercising. Read literature from Joel Spitzer's whyquit.org. Stayed away from old smoking hangouts initially. How I feel today: Happy to be celebrating 3 years without nicotine. Happy to say I no longer obsess over a desire to smoke or wonder how i could enjoy life without a smoke That desire went away early on thankfully. To the new people or current smokers you can totally beat this addiction. No longer do we have to be slaves to the tobbacco companies, making them richer at the expense of our and our families health , our financial well being and our state of minds. Together we can beat this!! Thanks for letting me share! -Norm |

Congrats! If you had tobacco rated life insurance you should get re-rated and save even more money!
