| I'm doing it.. for now!!!
For 11 years of my short 21 year life, I have smoked. Much of that was spent paired up with a smoker that was unwilling to smoke outside the home, so, it was a bit hard to do that, but now that it's just me here now... and my kids of course, I"m up to 16 hours, 35 minutes, 44 seconds smober. I have also saved $5.27 , and have neglected to smoke 17 cigarettes. I've also awarded myself with an extra hour of my life. So proud, I'm doing so much better than ever. I crave, and I want so bad... but, I'm doing this for my little ones, and myself of course.

Way to go on your desire to quit! I guarantee you that the day will come when you'll feel much healthier and happier. If you'd like, please post your progress on the Daily Check-In, good support there too..... http://www.soberrecovery.com/forums/...part-viii.html (Daily Check-in Part VIII...)

I don't understand the "I neglected to smoke....." part LostInTheWorld, why would a non-smoker like yourself even consider smoking? Seriously though, start considering yourself a non-smoker. If you view yourself in that way it is easier. |
