| I Finally Quit
I have been a smoker for a long time yet knew in my heart it was not good for me. On Oct 7th I got sick with what I think was the flu but what I did surprised even me. I quit cold turkey & have no regrets. I never am going to smoke again. What has me upset though is this flu thing lasted almost 2wks, then Friday I noticed both of my legs swelling up from the knees down. I have not had a problem like this in many yrs. So now again today I am off to the dr BUT I am STILL SMOKE FREE! I pray everything is alright, here I finally by The Grace of God had the strength to quit, I hope I am alright now. rozied I cannot wait to write to my AS Joey and tell him. |
