I want to quit smoking because I love to laugh! I have been smoking for years and I want to laugh without coughing.....might sound funny but it isn't!

as of now midnite march 20th 2011, first day of spring...and first day of nicotene free..just through my last 8 or 9 smokes in the trash..because I promised myself 1st of spring would be my first day of a new life
