I Quit Cold Turkey on May 30th....when I was advised that a family member had terminal cancer. Quitting cold Turkey not so bad and this is coming from a pack and a half a day smoker for 25 years.

by saying not recovered, I mean, I still Crave, and still have the Hand to mouth compulsion when stressed...... Hence the reason I joined this group, I need help and suggestions: dealing with cravings, dealing with stress overall what can I do to Stay Quit?"

Hi, I have only been quit 5 days so I can't really give much advice. I have pm'd you a link though, which you might find usefull.

I have the same problem. I quit a while ago ut I find I still crave when I am stressed or sad or when others smoke near me.

You're not alone.
