| I Quit !
And the best part about it, It didnt cost me money on patches or gum or lasers or any of that.... Over a year since I have smoked and I dont miss it at all ... The trick? Every time I wanted a Smoke I went for a run in stead.... Punish my lungs for the smoking hehe ... good luck! (I'm up to running 10k's now too) |
