| Yep, I'm not giving up. Today, I am smoke free again. Today is the first day of my quit. I'm feeling pretty good. Had a few small urges. But, I'm on Chantix, and that helps alot. I kept busy, though. I had two neighborhood boys come over and they helped me move some furniture around. I moved my bedroom into another room. And I set up a home gym! ![]() I have an electric treadmill and a skier as the main things. Then, I have a stepper, an exercise ball, a jump rope, (when is the last time you tried to jump rope? It's HARD!), and a yoga mat. Oh, and wieghts for the ankles and wrists. I'd like to get a small set of weights and a small bench too. ![]() So, right now, I am 8 hours, 53 minutes and 37 seconds. 7 cigarettes not smoked, saving $2.22. Life saved: 35 minutes. Oh, it's so hard seeing these stats! I would have been 2 years and 7 months had I not relapsed! But, I won't cry about what might have been. I'm going to look forward to what I know I am capable of doing -- one day at a time. Once more, I am smoke free! ![]() Remember, keep the quit and post before you puff! Shalom! |
