well friends I made it today so far
I couldn't do this Alone so

God for the
Patches I slap one on today I was just tire
of hiding from my son he doesn't want me
smoking,and when I relapse on that one cigarette
I felt awful and Guilty that I let Him Down

so Yeah I put on the Patch
plus I star work tomorrow and the Boss
was very specific on How he likes things
to be done and he said no cigarette or
coffee Brakes
