Angry "I' Relapse on Gigarretes"

I'm so disappointed with my self
for not having the courage,or willingness to say NO
to that first cigarette after coming to S.R. three months ago
I had ask God to help me live everything including cigarette's,
and through his Grace I did but until yesterday I star it
smoking again I'm angry at my husband because off his stupid
compulsive behaviors, and destructed ways, please don't
get me wrong no one makes no one smoke or do anything
but been with my husband is like racing a 5 years old
God Help me:praying

Start fresh again, tomorrow, Butterfly!
You *can* do this!

It's hard when you're living with someone who smokes. So, maybe you can ask him to support you by smoking only in one area of the house, or outside? Just not in front of you. Out of sight; out of mind?

Good luck, and remember,
Keep the quit and post before you puff!

Shalom!

Exercise and meditation both help with the stress.
My garden is also great relief for my stress now that it's springtime.

What types of things do you do for stress relief?
How many can you name?
What are you willing to try?

Shalom!

Try the stickies above.
There is probably enough information in them to get you started.
or not!

You'll know when you're ready.
And you won't stop one minute before.
Just know that we are all here for you when you are.

Shalom!
