| Sobriety and smoking Hello, I am new to the board. I have been sober (from drinking) for 17 days. I've become addicted to cigarrettes as well over the years. I don't need to smoke everyday, but I do get cravings. Does anybody have any experience in how to quit smoking while also quitting drinking? I find it hard, because part of my intensity that leads me to wanting a drink can be tailored into a cigarrette. I've heard from people that it's a bad idea to try and quit two vices at one time, I'm interested to hear if any of you have any experiences you'd like to share. I'd like to become smoke free as well. Thanks |
