| Why quit So, in my continuing quest for self-improvement, I have found that "reminder lists" are a wonderful motivation to help me maintain my goals, so I have come up with a few Why quit smoking-s. Please, anyone feel free to add to this list, it would be very helpful. And these are aside from the obvious save-money, less-stinky, etc reasons. 1. I look forward to having normal hue tongue and gums 2. That weird yellow spot in between my index and middle fingers will fade to skin tone. 3. when I walk into a room from being outside, people will no longer retch from the smell 4. Clearer skin 5. Frangrances that I wear will no longer have a hint of fire damage |
