Cocaine being the main of my concerns, I would like to quit smkoing as well. While consuming cocaine I chain smoke a lot while on the drug. I know im tryingto point my life in a new direction, and taking care of myself is part of my whole plan. Im getting older but for now, I wanna focus on cocaine. For now im trying to regulate where i smoke and etc. Justto try and curb it for a while. Our bodies are bueatiful machines of harmony, we really should treat them that way. Good luck to all quiting smoking. If in the ny area you should visit the bodies exibit in the city.

When I quit smoking, the counselor said that it's easier and people are more successful quitting both addictions together! I was surprised, because most would say to focus on one and then the other, but, the success rate is actually higher when you quit both together!!!

Thankyou for your support. I can see where quiting both would be much better, i just feel like there is so much stress in my life with work and everything that I would need some outlet, but i guess all in all not having an outlet is the whole point. Well sunday I didnt smoke till 5 pm so I know i can. I dunno, i have to get a game plan going, I dont wanna reach 30 yrs old smoking. I wanna be in the best shape of my life by 30! Thankyou forthe support.
