| Finally quitting
Well tomorrow is the dreaded quit date. I'm armed with patches and a silly plastic fake cigarette. Wish me luck!

((Cece))) Good luck. I had quit for 6-1/2 days, broke down and smoked 5 cigarettes in one night, and quit again. I'm not going to beat myself up about 5 cigarettes in 8 days....was smoking a pack a day. I did it cold turkey, so was a bit grumpy the first 3 days. Hopefully, the patch will help you.
