This is all psychological. Your physical addiction is over. You need to replace those smoking behaviors. It's probable that the holidays are triggering the cravings. What I do is find something to keep me busy. Exercise at the gym; cooking; visiting with non-smoking friends....keeping busy is the key for me. What type of things can you do? Again, for me, it's all in the behaviors. Changing behaviors was the key to my quit. After 36 years of smoking, I am now Two years, two weeks, 20 hours, 53 minutes and 3 seconds nicotine free. That's 29794 cigarettes not smoked, saving $8,193.57. Life saved: 14 weeks, 5 days, 10 hours, 50 minutes. ![]() It can be done! Keep the quit and post before you puff! ![]() Shalom!
