Got this in my email today from www.trytostop.org They were one of the supports I used in my quit. They send out these motivational messages regularly. They're not all as good as this one, though, so, I had to share it. ![]() Beginnings Do you remember when you first took a drag on a cigarette? When you smoked your first cigar? Or tried a pinch of snuff? Do you remember it fondly? Most tobacco users recall coughing, feeling sick, or spitting up! Not pleasant. Not so cool. But, with practice, the queasiness faded, and here you are, weeks, months, years later, trying to figure out how to quit. Trying to get rid of your addiction. If you've quit, you can testify that being tobacco-free is a New Beginning. You have a clearer sense of yourself, your values, your goals in life. You don't have to do what every one else does. You can choose your own way. Embrace a tobacco-free life. It's the coolest thing to do…in the company of some amazing people. Come join us. www.trytostop.org motivational message Remember to keep the quit and post before you puff! ![]() L'Chaim! (To Life!)
