And I am going to post here all the time to measure my progress.

This has been far, far, far, far, far harder to kick than the booze.

I love/hate ciggerettes and it's driving me mad.

Quit so many times and start again.

Hi The Man, I have to agree with you: the nicotine addiction is harder to break than the booze addiction! But then again, I had the tobacco habit for many more years than I drank. GH

You are so right about this being harder to kick then booze. For me, I needed medication (Chantix) to get me over the hump. Keep breathing, keep posting and ask for help!
