... right out of the literature ...

numbness/cramping arms/legs/hands/feet. (and shoulders)

mood swings.(we already talked about that one)

sleep disruption. (down for three up for four, down for two)

ringing in ears.

SOOOOO ... off to the doc I go - DAMMIT!

Did you know - on Monday - I FORGOT to smoke? FORGOT!
If I have to come off the Chantix ...
I am determined to try staying with my two per day.

a week later - I 'forgot' again on Saturday ... to smoke.

am going two per day, but have had a day that I *think* only one.

bp is fine all that - we're off the AD for now. And I feel a LOT better.
maybe it was just ... too much?
the dizzy stuff - is probably anemia coming back ... so started back on heavy vitamins for that.

on the up side -
I can laugh ... and not cough at the end.
I'm sticking with it no matter what!

I may have had some nausia at first but don't get any side effects.

hi ex - I wasn't going to say anything about it -= but I often think of those lurking ... like I say - it sez right in the lit about it does react with some antidepressants. now that I'm backed off the other - I'm much MUCH better.
