I have successfully completed 3 weeks without so much as a puff on a cigarette!I am so grateful to be smokefree today. I honestly feel that this is the quit that is gonna stick . I have tried so many times to stay quit in the past,I dont want to have to start over anymore. So I will hang tough and not puff this time. You're doing it! Have you got a list of things to do "instead" when you get the urge.

Hi!! Yes I do. When i get an urge,I take a lozenge, I jump online, I drink something (nonalcoholic of course!!) I think about how grateful I am to be smokefree.I listen to music or watch tv. The urge always passes real quick. Becky Three weeks, 1 hour, 0 minutes and 39 seconds. 1052 cigarettes not smoked, saving $97.84. Life saved: 3 days, 15 hours, 40 minutes. | |
