It has been 2 yrs, 2 hrs, and 25 min. since I quit. I'm so proud of myself!!! Think I will go and eat a small bag of M&M's. I haven't posted much here, but it sure is inspirational seeing how many have quit. To the ones who are thinking about it- do it,it is good for you. And to the ones who are in the early days, keep up the good work. Each day is new and clean when you don't smoke. Good luck to everyone.!!!!

From the "top of your location, MI" thanks for the encouragement and congratulations on your quit!! I couldn't believe it when I landed 1 year. Now I'm celebrating 14 months!!! Unbelievable to me...what a miracle!!!
