nothing yet

I havent gotten the courage to quit yet I wanted to make a quit date and just be done with it. But that didnt happen. I know that my chest problem is probably from smoking and I know and hope that if I just quit smoking everything would and will be okay....

I need to quit....I want to quit....for my health. I want to quit for me no one else. I just want to be healthy.... hopefully soon tho I will. Smoking has just become a habit to me I think to myself sometimes I dont know what I would do if I didnt have a cigarette. Taking smoke breaks at working something I'm use to and I wouldnt be doing that anymore if I quit or while I'm on the computer I always smoke because I need to do something my hands....after I eat I smoke I think to myself that its a habit all these little triggers I have to smoke and I think to myself what would I do instead....Ive tried chewing gum blah blah blah...dont really work.
