| One Week Smoke Free!
I quit smoking 1 week ago. I've found it to be just about what I expected. I came across this site after typing "I REALLY need a cigarette" into google. lol Glad to find some kind of support, seeing as everyone I know smokes..and instead of congrats, I keep hearing, "I don't know how you're doing it" which is not any kind of help. I don't know how I'm doing it. I've been smoking about 6-7 cigarettes a day for about 12 years, and realized last week I hadn't had one all day, so I said let's see how long this lasts...Then after 4 days, I felt like I'd be a fool for having one at this point. My biggest problem is I just can't shake this feeling of I didn't know my last would be my last...anyone have anything to say that might make me feel better about that? Thanks! |

| :Congrads to you and glad you are here to join us!!! I would say be thankful it was your last. I Think its like anything else we give up or that leaves us... we have to mourn its not part of our lives... I can still say I miss smoking, but life is better without it.
