Congratulations Jen!!!!! It's the greatest feeling, isn't it?! I remember your posts just before you quit, and in the early days, and here you are one year later - smoke free, healthy, and happy! Congratulations once again - I am so proud of you!

What will I do as a reward?!?! My reward is a daily reprieve of not smoking. Celebrating/honoring life and taking care of myself; to the best of my ability. Gratefully, the weather is changing to warm again. Been trying to get out and get active outside again. Walked 2+ miles today; ran about 1 mile yesterday.... I've got spring fever for sure. Wanting to work the rest of my weight off...another 15ish pounds to go!!! Amazing...I never thought it was possible. I can't believe it. I think back at how I use to chain smoke...constantly...and now, to have the freedom of being free from nicotine.....unbelievable!!!!!!!! I'm proud of myself too. My eldest daughter was tearful she was so proud...as were my parents and hubby. It's my daughter that really nabbed my heart strings though...as some of you may remember...it was HER face I finally saw that tore my heart and made me look at what I was doing. God has certainly worked wonders. Thanks everyone!!!!!!!! Blessings, Jen My name is Jen, and I am a nicotine addict. I have stopped nicotine for 1 year, 23 hours, 2 minutes and 56 seconds (365 days).
