Going on day 2, having a bad morning. So use to have a cig with my hot tea, but I'm trying not to think about it. I think I'll get up and do something. Wish me luck!!

You CAN make it through today...it's just 24 hours....you've already made it through 7 hours!!! 17 more to go!!!

Keep your hands busy. Keep your brain busy. When a craving hits...talk yourself out of it! KNOW that YOU can do THIS!!!!!

Oh thank you Jen. Yes, I have been keeping busy. I am afraid of one thing and that is gaining weight. I am trying to munch on things that aren't fattening, hope this passes!!

Cool Beans you make it this far.

I was afraid of the weight gain too, so I used sugar free candies and gum to help with the cravings... try that one.

I too used sugar free candies and gum. I really utilized the IceBreaker Sours. Whenever I "wanted" to smoke, I'd stuff some in my mouth, chew 'em up, stuff some more in, chew 'em up...heck, I initially lost 6 pounds cause I was eating so many sours!!! After eating several, they made me kinda nauseous!!! Still using them, 10 plus months later!!!
