ONE YEAR!!!

I have been nicotine free for exactly One year, 3 minutes and 2 seconds.

That's 14600 cigarettes not smoked, saving $4,015.02.
Life saved: 7 weeks, 1 day, 16 hours, 40 minutes.
This seems unreal! I'm having a hard time believing that I really did it. After 34 years, I quit smoking cigarettes!
I QUIT!!!

I bet it feels good with a body free of nicotine for 365 continuous days!!! I'm working on it...I've only got 253 days (which I'm pretty proud of too!!).

My name is Jen, and I am a nicotine addict.
I have stopped nicotine for 8 months, 8 days, 13 hours, 3 minutes and 39 seconds (253 days).

I've not smoked 7606 death sticks, and saved $1,360.45.
I've saved 26 days, 9 hours and 51 minutes of my life.

That's really awesome!!! I've been looking up to you as huge inspiration. Thanks for being exactly where you are...you are helping so many of us...just by NOT SMOKING!!!!! Isn't that great?!?!?!

I did celebrate. Took myself out to eat, lol!

Now, I get to work on the weight gain I've had since I quit. But, it's still ok. It takes a gain of 75 pounds to equal the danger of smoking. And trust me, I have NOT gained THAT much!

This is truly a miracle and I'm living it!
