Question Day 6

OMG,,,,, The emotions I had today. I think this is worse than getting sober.
I have been drinking enough water and was just wondering how long will this last????

Hang in there - it doesn't last forever! Keep up the good work!

Today I am thankful to be a non-smoker for 2 Weeks, 3 Days, 13 hours and 38 minutes (17 days). I have saved $121.21 by not smoking 404 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Day, 9 hours and 40 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 10/20/2006 11:03 PM

It gets better quickly...stopping smoking sucks...but I don't think the emotional roller-coaster is nearly as bad as it was when I stopped drinking!!! Getting through the first 2 weeks is the worst...after that, on the whole it gets much easier!!!

Great job, dnature!!! Keep up the awesome work!!!

Blessings,
Jen
