Nov. 2 was my six months. Haven't had a cig since May 1.

Thank you!! This last month was the hardest, strangely, but I feel great about my success and I know it's meant to last.

I was really proud of my 6 months too!!! Right now I'm working on 8 months...a day at a time....just 14 more days to go!!! That's fourteen more "one day at a time's"!!!
