I am so grateful to be smoke free today. Another addiction that will not kick my a** another day. I am one of the fortunate ones. One of the winners along with all the others that quit and/or are trying to quit because I will have clean lungs, more energy, smell better, and generally feel better each day I am smoke free. Although I only have today, the days sure have piled up. Thank you God for another day smoke free.

Day 408 smokefree.

Today, I am Ten months, three weeks, two days, 12 hours, 1 minute and 43 seconds nicotine free. That's 13100 cigarettes not smoked, saving $3,602.05. Life saved: 6 weeks, 3 days, 11 hours, 40 minutes.

Great job, Karen!!! I'm celebrating 216 days smoke free today!!! In one more hour, it will be 217!!! That's a lot of days at a time, which makes it a whole lot more managable than...."the rest of my life!!!". Yikes, I can't handle THAT concept!!!

Keep up the great job!!!
