| I wont let you win this time!!!!
Hello everyone, Well I introduced about me in newcomers. I decided not to let the fag win over me this time its teases me with the help of my friends and colleagues but I am telling its that you cant win with me this time. Why should I let it win which made me sick and didn’t let me be active not even let me sleep peaceful in the nights. Because of less sleep at night I became excessive day time sleeper and because of my excessive sleepiness I became inactive because of my inactiveness I didn’t give my full effort to my work and because lack of effort I didn't reach my goals. So FAG I wont let you win this time. Cameron. |

You GO, girl! ![]() We're here for you each step of the way. Read the stickies on the top of the forum. Then use the daily check in post to help keep you accountable. It helped me alot. Finally, for me it helped to focus on behaviors -- long and short term behavior. Making changes in my daily routines helped my quit. It will help yours too! ![]() Wishing you the best! Today, I am Ten months, one week, four days, 13 hours, 34 minutes and 26 seconds nicotine free. That's 12622 cigarettes not smoked, saving $3,470.76. Life saved: 6 weeks, 1 day, 19 hours, 50 minutes. ![]() Remember to keep the quit and post before you puff! :>) Shalom!

Hey History, Here are some smoking cessation ideas suggested by ex-smokers I've talked with: * Rent one of your favorite comedies from the video store. * Call or write a letter to an out-of-town friend or family member you haven't talked with in a while. * Schedule a dental cleaning right after your quit date. * Pick or purchase a bouquet of fresh flowers. * Go for a refreshing walk by the beach, around the lake, or through the park. Clean your curtains and bedspreads too for a fresh start. Those are GREAT tips, Cam! Thanks for sharing! ![]() Today, I am over 19 months nicotine free, but, I'm not on my puter to give all the stats. One day at a time got me here. ![]() Shalom!
