10 MONTHS since I've had a cigarette!

In fact, it's Ten months, 45 minutes and 49 seconds nicotine free. That's 12121 cigarettes not smoked, saving $3,343.89. Life saved: 6 weeks, 2 hours, 5 minutes.

We are so pleased that you have hung in there and stayed smoke free. I know it has been tough at times. As the old saying goes, nothing worth doing is easy.

out of your thoughts!!! Making it through one day at a time, smoke free and no longer a prisoner to pack and lighter!!!
