| I Went Ahead and Flushed Em!!!
I flushed my smokes a little while ago.Im gonna go ahead and quit smoking rather than wait. I didnt want to allow too much time so I could talk myself out of quitting.wish me luck1 Becky |

Hi Becky - I wish you tons of luck! I did the same thing - got tired of waiting for the planned quit date and just flushed em and stopped. That was five months and some days ago. I used the patch and it helped. The most important tip I can give you is to remember that cravings are temporary (even when they seem to last all day!). Be sure to post on the daily check in thread.

Good for you Becky! ![]() Change the behavior and you change your thoughts and feelings. So, when you get a craving, do something different. That's what's worked for me so far. It's now Nine months, two days, 1 minute and 29 seconds. 10960 cigarettes not smoked, saving $3,024.55. Life saved: 5 weeks, 3 days, 1 hour, 20 minutes. We're here for you! Keep the quit and post before you puff! ![]() Shalom!
