Best Book in the World

I'm not here to quit smoking, just happened upon the site while scrolling.
I was sent a book by my cousin written by someone from England that was absolutely incredible. It helped me quit a 35 yr., 2 pack a day habit, cold turkey.
"The Easy Way to Stop Smoking" by Allen Carr.
Hope that will help someone else, too.

No, it's not a long book or a difficult read. Chances are it will take a week or so to read it since you don't have to quit while you are reading
After I read it and quit I ordered 6 copies which were backordered for 3 months. But then gave them all out to friends who had trouble quitting. At least two of them were successful, haven't talked to the others lately.
But I wish someone had given it to me years ago!
