Hey everyone, I am stuck on no sleep. It started on friday of last week, and it varies, i slept good over the weekend but now its back again. Its the 27th day for me, is that about the period you are supposed to experience insomnia?

I think it's different for everyone. Sometimes when I clean up I can't sleep at all for a month or more but this time I've been sleeping most nights. I was kinda down today so thats probably why I'm up tonight. I just remember what my sponser says, nobody dies from lack of sleep. I've got 30 days in now but have only had a few all nighters this time. Some suggest talking to our HP so as to make use of the time but this place has lots of ESH as well. Hang in there it gets better.

Hi Poet,

I think it can take a long time for your sleep cycles to reestablish themselves. Try to be patient and do everything you can to make sure you sleep as well as you can.

Hello there,

Sleeping was a problem day 20 to 27, seemed like after 30 days things improved, now I just get an occassional few days when its a problem, not nearly so much insomia now, I have 58 days today.
I does get better, good luck, Rose
