Hey Portland! I'm new too so I don't know how the chat works or if there is someone you can talk to real time...but I think you found the right forum to be in.. Hopefully someone will step up and answer your question soon. Sounds like you're ready for a change! |

Welcome Aboard, Snowdeep & New2Sobriety! Online meetings take place in the chat room, yeah. Once in a while, you might find a couple members hanging out there. If you're feeling kinda lost & don't know what to do next, check out the 'sticky notes' at the top of each forum for pointers. Or, if all else fails, just start telling us what's on your mind. well... I didn't start and it doesn't look like I'll finish the day where I had hoped, but I'm slowly going that direction... thanks for the conversation last night closure. I didn't call my shrink today, but atleast found her card. I guess thats called progress. Funny how things in life happen as far as timing goes....

Welcome to SR snowdeep. We have meetings every night of some different program. Just look out for the meeting times which are posted in the stickys and they get posted in a new thread as they remind you of the day and time. Good luck in your recovery.
