| F2F Withdrawal
Hello everyone! I just recently moved from a big city where there were meetings everyday of the week - it was just a matter of choosing a time. Now I live in a small village where the nearest meeting is 30km's away and only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I'm having F2F withdrawal - really miss the meetings. Help! I guess I've just found another (pity) pot to sit on! |

Hi Exzim! Welcome to SR!! Ted had a wonderful idea!! We also have meetings here online. I know that doesn't help with the f2f part of it, but a meeting is a meeting. You can also go and chat in the chat room. It's better then nothing. Don't let yourself feel isolated!! We are all here for you in CYBER WORLD!! Hugs, Missy

Hi Exzim--Just wanted to say "welcome"! Finding another drunk in your area sounds like a great idea. Maybe when you go to the Tues/Thur meeting you could ask if anyone lives near you and how you would go about setting up a new meeting. Also, the on-line meetings here are great. Not as good as f2f, of course, but it will do in a pinch! Hang in there--
