Officially 90 days today

For some reason it seems like a bigger milestone than others! From end of May till now, alcohol free.

I'm so relieved and happy about it. Just got some blood test results this morning, and everything is normal. Blood pressure is great, 120/66, back to normal after being in a dangerous range last year.

This was after trying to quit, multiple times, for years. If I can do it, you can too!
